All sales at SerpNames are final and non-refundable. Once a domain has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds as a matter of standard policy.
Exceptions
In exceptional cases where a customer has a genuine reason, they can contact us to discuss the issue. We're reasonable people and will listen — but any exception to the policy above is at SerpNames' sole discretion.
